We are in need of Team Leader for Outbound Sales Account!
Offer: 27k/Monthly + Commissions
Job Description:
*Manage and maintain critical reports for key decision making and information for internal associates and external customers
*Oversee and lead Sales Support team.
*Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Sales Support team through improvements to each function
*Create communication platform for sales team containing relevant information and updates
Job Requirements:
*With at least 3 years supervisory work experience in handling inbound or outbound sales, collections, retention, B2B sales or related accounts
*Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
*This is a LONG-TERM career, we're looking for stable candidates with no attendance issues.
*Can carry a good conversation using the English Language
*Must own a Laptop/Desktop/Internet Connection for a Work From Home set up.
*Can start ASAP!
