Qualifications:
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Atleast 1 months CCE
- Work on Site
- Atleast High School/Senior High School Graduate
- Can start ASAP
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation management software.
Responsibilities:
• Inform customers about available support options and the steps being taken to resolve the issue, such as online tutorials, in-store programs, and help applications built into the programs.
• Provide customers with timely, dependable, and accurate information while maintaining effective communications during conversations by adjusting to the customer's pace and technical level.
• Recognize and adapt support strategies to accommodate all levels of customer experience.
• Maintain positive communication with team members, customers, and other partners.
Salary:
Php 15,000-18,000/month
