Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Application, specifically "OUTLOOK" clients for both Windows and Mac.
- Familiar and "PROFICIENT" with the use of "OUTLOOK WEB", or other online email platforms.
- Previous Technical Experience in either Voice, Chat or Email Support.
- Must have an understanding of different ways to access a Microsoft email account (Outlook.com, Office 365, Outlook 2016 and the like)
- Familiar with different Windows and Mac OS versions.
- Very good English written proficiency since this is an email account.
- 1-2 years Contact Center Background minimum, preferably email support experience or at least TSR Tier 1.5
- Typing skill of at least 35 WPM
