• Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced MS Excel skills
• Analytical, data driven
• Skilled in extraction of data from multiple sources
• Creative at building reports to visualize data in story telling fashion
• Can ramp up quickly and is familiar with call center reporting and metrics
• Ability to decipher trends in data
• Ability to catch data discrepancies and highlight
• Ability to view data and highlight changes that indicate movement in metrics
• Plus: Is familiar with database query languages (SQL), reporting from Amazon, Aspect WFM,
• MicroStrategy and similar BI tools
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
