Nurse Triage Specialist
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a High School Diploma/Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Good quality of voice
- No Flight risk issue
- Work on site
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to start ASAP
Responsibilities:
A Pre-Hospital Registered Nurse (PHRN) account typically involves handling emergency medical calls and providing medical advice and assistance to patients over the phone.
-Answering incoming emergency medical calls and providing assistance to patients and their families
-Assessing the nature of the patient's medical emergency and providing appropriate medical advice
-Providing pre-arrival instructions to patients and their families to ensure that they receive timely and appropriate medical care
-Coordinating with emergency medical services (EMS) personnel and dispatching them to the patient's location, if necessary
-Documenting all calls and patient interactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
-Providing emotional support to patients and their families during medical emergencies
-Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide appropriate medical care and support to patients
-Participating in training and continuing education programs to maintain knowledge and skills related to emergency medical care
-Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and protocols related to patient care and confidentiality
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, emergency medical procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Basic Salary:
