"• Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as technical communication, journalism, or engineering) preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate technical information into clear and concise documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with documentation tools such as Adobe Technical Communication Suite, MadCap
• Flare, or RoboHelp
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of software development processes and terminology
