We are Hiring for Call Center Agent Apply Now (Quezon City) 19k Monthly
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Call Center Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and meet or exceed performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and through email
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers in a timely manner
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume and quality metrics
Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company's database
Continuously improve product and service knowledge
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to defuse difficult customer interactions
Basic computer proficiency and experience with customer service software
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
