We are Hiring for Call Center Agent Apply Now (Makati City)15k Monthly
Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner
-Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and escalations
-Identify customer needs and upsell products or services when appropriate
-Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in a computer system
-Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
-Meet or exceed performance goals, such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
Requirements:
18 years of age and above
Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
Willing to start immediately
No prior application with Teleperformance in the last month or 2 months if endorsed by a different BP
Willing to work onsite in Ayala Makati
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Customer Support, Technology, Information technology
