Qualifications:
- Work on site
- Atleast High School or Senior High School Graduate
- With or Without BPO experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Willing to start ASAP
- Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can listen Actively to customers
- Can communicate clearly and concisely
- Knows how to remain calm and professional even in challenging situations
- Can be able to use Computer Software programs to manage accounts and responds to to inquiries.
- Has problem-solving skills
- Time management abilities
- Positive attitude and Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Responsibilities:
As a retail sales associate, your responsibilities will vary depending on the company you work for and the products or services they offer. However, here are some common accountabilities that you may encounter:
- Customer Service: A crucial aspect of your role will be providing excellent customer service. You should always greet customers, answer their questions, and help them find the products they need.
- Sales: You will be responsible for selling products and services to customers, making recommendations and guiding them through the buying process.
- Cash Handling: You may be responsible for handling cash, credit card payments, and other financial transactions. You must be able to accurately handle money and provide correct change to customers.
- Inventory Management: As a sales associate, you will need to keep track of inventory and stock levels. You should be able to identify when products are running low and communicate this to your supervisor.
- Product Knowledge: You must have a good understanding of the products and services your company offers. This includes understanding product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Merchandising: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store. This may include stocking shelves, creating attractive displays, and arranging products in an appealing manner.
- Sales Reporting: You may be asked to provide reports on your daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities. This may include tracking the number of products sold, the amount of revenue generated, and any customer feedback you received.
- Customer Follow-Up: After a sale has been made, you may be responsible for following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and to address any concerns they may have.
