Daily Responsibilities once Hired:
• Receive customer concerns over the phone, email and/or chat
• Answer inbound customer calls and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure the resolution of client concerns/inquiries, whenever possible.
• Provide excellent customer experience
Qualifications:
• Graduated in High School
• 6 months of BPO experience is Prefer, No Experience are Welcome
• Can type atleast 28 words per minute
• Can communicate in the English Language
