Job Description
Analyzing problems reported and developing improvements to overcome them
Reporting and communicating quality issues and solutions
Work closely with Internal & external partners (e.g. process engineers, customers, product group)
Driving investigation of quality excursions to root cause and ensure systematic solutions are in place
Working closely with cross functional team to ensure quality protocols are followed, documentation is correctly maintained, and implement any new changes or adaptations based on quality reviews
Continuous improvement in the manufacturing process
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic); Engineering(Mechanical); Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Degree in related discipline with min 5 years relevant working experience
Strong understanding of semiconductor assembly equipment and processes, including Molding, Laser Mark, Plating, DTFS, BGA Ball Mount, Saw Singulation and AOI
Experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Hands-on experience on equipment electrical & mechanical troubleshooting.
