WARRANTY PROCESSOR
Qualifications:
A College graduate of a 4-year course major in Automotive.
Have at least one year experience in an Automotive Industry.
Good in MS office.
Has an engagement with operational system is an advantage.
With driver's license is a plus.
Responsibilities
Evaluates warranty claims and confirms technical evaluation conducted by the technician.
Submits technical reports to Service and Parts Manager.
Monitors approval/disapproval of warranty claims.
Maintain all files of technical reports and warranty claims.
Prepares monthly reports on status of warranty claims.
Monitors warranty service campaigns.
Follows procedures for quick and efficient handling of warranty items, including tagging and proper storage of these items.
Make a follow-up call to customers regarding warranty concern.
Orders approved warranty parts.
Performs other related service duties assigned from time to time.
