WARRANTY PROCESSOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and process Warranty Request, Tools Request, Service Units. Attends to mechanics concerns regarding brand new MC unit problems encountered
Review Warranty Request and validate base on the guidelines and policies specified by the company
Handle the receiving and sending of motorcycle parts and contact dealer's and branches to ensure customer satisfaction
Submit Warranty Reports such as total warranty cost, number of defective MC units and warranty claim ration to the Technical Service Manager
Qualifications:
At least college level or Graduate of TESDA course
Must be a class "A" mechanic
Must have a professional driver’s license (restriction: 1,2,3)
