WARRANTY PROCESSOR (BYD)
Job Summary:
The position is responsible in coordinating with the workshop personnel for warranty claims, tagging and storing of warranty parts, maintenance of storage room where parts replaced under warranty are kept, uploading claims, and scrap/disposal of failed parts.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any 4 year course or Engineering
At least 2 years work experience in automotive industry particularly in warranty adjudication
Keen attention to details and highly organized
Good communications skills
Can work in a fast paced environment
Willing to render overtime to finish daily task
