WARRANTY PERSONNEL
Job Description
Serves as the point person for all service concerns of the customers.
Ensures accuracy of information for all reports and transactions.
Ensures service transactions are done in a timely and effective manner.
In-charge of explaining warranty booklet during handover process.
Responsible for warranty claims processing of vehicles.
Responsible for warranty claims database monitoring.
Qualifications:
Computer literate (PDF, Microsoft Word and Excel)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
Good interpersonal and analytical skills (attention to details)
Experience in Automative Industry is an advantage
Knowledge in warranty processing
Candidate must be a Mechanical Engineering or B.S. Automotive Course Graduate
Personnel handling ability
Sociable and customer oriented
Valid driver's license
Willing to be assigned in Butuan City.
