Job Responsibilities:
HOME WARRANTY CHECK-UP
Periodic inspection of houses within the specified warranty period
Prepare Report for all inspected houses within the specified warranty period
Preparing of Quality Assurance documents within the specified warranty period
Perform audit/inspection for quality control within the specified warranty period, including termite treatment
Request to perform repair work where needed from Maintenance Service Unit
Create and Implement the house warranty checkup program with approval from the QMD Head
Contact the clients and coordinate for the schedule of the checkup
Provide recommendations based on audit findings
Administer Customer Satisfaction Survey or any related customer-related feedback tool and interpret and report the results to QMD Head
Coordinate with other units or departments for execution of repairs or maintenance works on the house covered by the warranty
ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Assist in the management and supervision of task and manpower at site
Support other QMD Staff as required or Needed
Conduct inspection and evaluation of houses with disputes in warranty claim, and provide recommendations to the QMD Head
Interpret Plans, Blueprints, etc. and submit inputs as required
Communicate and interact with customers as the work requires
Maintain and submit records and reports to the QMD Head, or as requested or required by other department or the management
Perform other duties as Assigned

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation skills
Ability to present data effectively
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Overtime pay
