Position Overview: 
 
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Man to support our construction operations. The ideal candidate must have a basic educational background, strong familiarity with construction materials, and a willingness to learn and commit long-term. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management, monitoring, and safekeeping of all construction-related inventory and supplies.
 
Key Responsibilities
Receive, organize, and issue construction materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all items are properly labeled and stored.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishments as needed.
Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse at all times.
Conduct regular inventory checks and prepare reports on material usage and stock availability.
Coordinate with site personnel regarding material requests and deliveries.
Assist in loading and unloading deliveries following company safety standards.
Safeguard company assets and ensure proper handling of all equipment and materials.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned to support warehouse and site operations.
Qualifications
At least college level (any course)
With broad knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, tools, etc.)
Must be willing to relocate to Lapu-Lapu City
Willing to learn and adapt to the warehouse system and company procedures
Must be willing to stay and work with the company long-term
Physically fit and able to handle labor-related warehouse tasks
Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and attention to detail
Can work with minimal supervision
