Assignment: One for METRO MANILA
 
Main Functions :
Monitoring issued office equipment in the warehouse, like printers, packaging tools, computers and all others related machines.
Monitoring expirations of all items and tools or equipment calibration dates.
Maintaining and observing the required storage procedure and material handling of all items
Ensuring that all rubber materials are stored away from any heating appliances.
Maintaining and organizing the filing and easy tracing of all warehouse items.
Immediately reporting to Management any unusual scenarios, incidents of theft, damage, or loss of any important items.
Upholding and observing all fire, safety, and emergency procedures.
Performing other related tasks reasonably assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Can start immediately
A graduate of any four (4) year course
Preferably with knowledge in Industrial Supply Chain Management
Excellent in Microsoft office applications , especially Excel
Analytical and Precise
Good organizational skills
Good communication skills
Knows how to drive, with a valid driver's license
Can work under pressure
