1. Service
Processes sales/purchase orders accurately, completely and timely releases invoices aligned with the process.
Handles customers’ complaints (internal and external), communicates changes in deliver/changes in previous deployment.
2. Inventory
Participates in the scheduled Warehouse Inventory Count.
5. Reports, Other Tasks
Follows alignment and orders from Lead OSB.
Accommodates unanticipated occurrence of service necessity.
Backup to other OSB staff
Follows processes of the department
Provides and analyze reports. (reports on the given tasks only)
