Job Description
Job Scope:
The Spare Parts Inventory Analyst / Warehouseman is responsible for the proper recording, storage and inventory accounting of Spare Parts, Supplies and Swine Medicine
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Receiving Management
Ensures that the received spares parts/swine medicine from feedmill issuance are of exact quantity and right quality as stated in the delivery document and do the system transaction needed and to send proof of system transaction following 2 days lead time.
Ensures proper handling and storage of spares parts/swine medicine withdrawn from the warehouse.
Storage Management
Determines storage area and monitors warehouse capacity and allocation.
Performs item condition check of all Spares Parts / Swine medicine to ensure proper arrangement, storage and preservation of all inventory items at Farms designation.
Ensures that spares parts / swine medicine storage complies with requirements set by 5S/GMP and company standards.
Conducts cycle count of all Spares Parts / Swine medicine items stored in the warehouse.
Ensures that Spares Parts / Swine medicine inventory count reconciles with accounting perpetual count.
Prepares and submits daily and monthly spares parts / swine medicine inventory reports for management's information.
Ensures that all Spares Parts / Swine medicine movements in the warehouse are properly documented.
Monitors and submits regular reports on Spares Parts / Swine medicine aging. Those near to expiration of the product should be reported immediately.
Monitors Spares Parts / Swine medicine movement and reports to Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager for FIFO non-compliance.
Prepares report on weekly inventory on-hand of designated farm.
Monitor Spares Parts / Swine medicine System and Actual
FOOD SAFETY:
Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.
Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.
OTHER TASKS:
Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
Preferably BS Accounting, Engineering or business related course
EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 to 2 years' experience in inventory management
