Description
- Monitors all materials/equipment of the park office.
- Make requisitions of supplies, materials and equipment.
- In-charge/follow-up materials needed as requested.
- Checks/inspects deliveries of materials.
- Canvass materials if necessary.
- Monitors materials to be used in construction.
- Monitors materials to be used in construction.
- Receives/disburse construction materials needed in operations/constructions.
- Maintains an updated stock card and record of supplies.
- Prepares regular MDF report and documents of inventory.
- In-charge of safekeeping park equipment. Control/monitor issuance and usage of same.
- In-charge of safekeeping park equipment. Control/monitor issuance and usage of same.
- Delivers/pick up materials from branch suppliers.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness of equipment, tools as well as the whole of warehouse.
