Conduct 1-to-1 and encourage team to participate in continuous improvement ideas.
Report all quality related errors/defects and participate on root cause analysis and CAPA closure.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Ideas and CI activities.
Update Rejection Scorecard Monitoring.
Investigate and reconcile issues of PGAIN/PLOSS/GR, Receiving, Put away, damages accrual issues etc.
Monitor and report output of the team.
Conduct daily PD with team.
SPRT Output and receiving tracking.
Ensure validated good FGs compliant to TAMU/Damage criteria/sign the pallet tag.
Requirements
Graduate of any 4-year course or program
Knowledgeable in SAP and Prime system
Experience in warehousing and logistics is an advantage
Willing to work in shifting schedule
Can render overtime and report during holiday's when needed
Can work with minimum supervision
Amenable to work in LISP 1, Pulo, Cabuyao, Laguna
