Description
Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse business and small groups/teams
Assures the daily receiving, picking, packing and dispatching of packages for delivery
Verifies items received by matching, reconciling quantities, noting discrepancies and reporting via email on the receipt of packages
Creates and organizes put away locations and keeps the item and location master file up to date on a daily/hourly matter
Addresses any and all issues that arise during the warehouse process in order to meet and/or exceed customers' expectations
Reports inbound and ready to ship orders to the appropriate client or service provider
Manages open-orders
Inputs and updates data in the trackers daily
Assures that KPI's are met
Provides and reports improvement options to his/her supervisor
Communicates all problems and issues to immediate supervisor
Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a warehouse worker
Experience with picking and packing orders, inbound and outbound procedures
Sense of responsibility to lead a team of workers
Provides and wants to improve an operation
Good communication skills
Time management ability
Willing to be assign in Cupang, Muntinlupa
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
