WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER / MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Qualifications:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management is a plus
Experience: 1-3 years in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in FMCG, bakery, or food industry
Proven ability to supervise and motivate warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity
Knowledge of inventory control, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and warehouse safety procedures
Familiarity with packing, dispatch, and material handling operations
Basic computer skills: MS Excel, inventory software, or ERP systems
Good communication and coordination skills with production, quality, operations , and logistics teams
Ability to maintain records, prepare daily reports, and ensure compliance with company standards
Physically fit to oversee warehouse operations
