JOB DESCRIPTION
Warehouse Supervisor
 
Job Description:
 Lead in continuous improvement for all WH processes
Maintain high level of inventory records accuracy
Uphold Good Warehouse Practices
Spearhead efficiency measures, cost-saving initiatives, and sustainability
efforts related to warehousing
Efficient receiving, storing and releasing of goods; properly documented and
following agreed quality standards
Ensure accurate and updated inventory control through regular physical counts
and reconciliation with data system
Adhere to efficient space utilization and lay-out
Maintain standards of excellence, safety, health and security
 
Coaches and directs team members towards excellence and with a heart that
seeks to build them up consistent to company values
 
Provides both strategic and operational recommendations to management to
further the company’s vision, mission and achieve its business goals.
 
Qualifications:
 With minimum 5 years’ experience leading warehousing and fulfillment, ideally with
experience in direct-to-consumer fulfillment and a plant manufacturing set-up.
3 years minimum experience as a Manager of at least 50 personnel
Preferably an Industrial Engineering graduate; any other engineering course or supply
chain degree acceptable
Experience handling sensitive raw materials or finished goods, e.g. in food, pharma or
personal care
Must be able to demonstrate experience hitting challenging service levels
Strong faith in action, demonstrates integrity at work, able to guide his/her people
With strong drive to get things done, improve processes and solve issues
Background in Time and Motion Study, System Engineering, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Warehouse System preferred
Willing to be assigned in Manila
