We are looking for an experienced candidate for Warehouse Supervisor who will:
 
·       Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities
·       Ensure highest quality of work and maximize productivity of the warehouse.
·       Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
·       Accomplish warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, motivating, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
·       Resolve problems &/or recommend solutions to problems if any
·       Identify warehouse system & productivity improvements.
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
 
·       Holder of a college degree, or equivalent.
·       At least 2 to 4 years of proven work experience in the field or similar.
·       Computer literate, especially in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel).
·       Communication Skills: Warehouse supervisors will need to speak with coworkers on a regular basis.
·       Leadership Skills: Warehouse supervisors will need to resolve conflicts, as well as keep employees motivated and on-task.
·       Critical-Thinking Skills: Warehouse supervisors will need to devise plans of action and asses those plans regularly.
·       Organizational Skills: Multiple incoming/outgoing activities, people and many moving pieces will keep warehouse supervisors on their toes.
·       Problem-Solving Skills: Warehouse supervisors will need to be ready when problems arise, or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen.
·       Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
Familiarity of product lines as enumerated above, an advantage.
