WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
 
This is a full-time on-site Warehouse Supervisor role located in Mandaue. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, managing shipping, receiving and releasing activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Warehouse Supervisor will also train and supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of items/products to customers.
 
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
2-4 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Supervisory skills, with experience in leading and managing warehouse teams
Proficient in shipping, receiving and releasing operations
Strong knowledge of material handling techniques and inventory control principles
Familiarity with forklift operation and safety regulations
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
