Summary of Functions
A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR is the overall in-charge in the demand planning, organizing, and supervising in the daily warehouse operation and activities.
Functions:
Plans, organizes, supervises, and participates in the daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of supplies, and maintenance of inventory.
Makes purchase requests and submits the same to Procurement once approved by the Branch Manager.
Updates purchase monitoring and ROP template for demand planning.
Conducts daily inventory for local suppliers to ensure the supply is enough for the week.
Follows up procurement for all in-transit deliveries and its estimated arrival.
Updates scorecard and submits the same to the Operations Manager weekly.
Updates all personalized and special-order monitoring.
Monitors Unserved items each week.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
A college degree holder of any course
2 years of working experience in demand planning /warehousing
Proven MS Excel skill is a must
Excellent communication and numerical skills
Must be highly analytical and proactive
With a high sense of integrity and trustworthiness
