Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
 Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods
 Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance
 Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
 Ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
 Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
 Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
 Checking orders, items received inventory and deliveries for accuracy.
 Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
 Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
 Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
 Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
 Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
 Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
 Maintains inventories at optimum levels to prevent under-or-over investment in inventory;
 Supervises and coordinates the taking of periodic physical inventories;
 Verifies clerical computations against the physical count of stock and adjusts errors in the computation if necessary;
 Prepares reports of inventory balance, and shortages, as required;
 Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
 Oversees work performed by support personnel;
 Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
