3. Ensures that in-placed systems, standard operating procedures and company policies and directives are observed at all times.
4. Examines and inspects stock items, defective items and report any damage or anything unaccounted.
5. Oversees:
a. The physical count of inventory items to verify accuracy on a regular basis.
b. Receiving of ordered items from suppliers and inspects to assure quantity and quality of item received agrees with order specifications and storing items in the assigned location in or around the warehouse.
c. Record-keeping on usage and/or damaged/defective stocks.
d. Unloading, storage and loading of items.
e. Safety, cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
6. Transacts inventory movements using inventory control system. Ensure FIFO method is followed for all transactions.
7. Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to management.
8. Respond to demands for stocks/materials/supplies requisitions, as needed, and facilitates stocks/materials/supplies transfers.
9. Verifies inventory computations by comparing them with physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
10. Interfaces with Customer Service, Technical Services and Delivery Personnel to ensure smooth flow of operations and avoid discrepancies.
11. Does other tasks, as directed or assigned.
Skills Required:
1) Administrative and supervisory skills.\
2) Ability to Communicate Clearly and Coordinate smoothly.
3) Can relate to/with all types of personalities, form management rank and file and external entities.
4) Can monitor progress and motivate subordinates.
5) With initiative and able to work without supervision.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
