Monster Kitchen Inc. is in need of WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Summary of Functions
A Warehouse Supervisor is the overall in-charge in the demand planning, organizing, supervising in the daily warehouse operation and activities.
Functions
Plans, organizes, supervises and participates in the daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of supplies and maintenance of inventory.
Makes purchase request and submits the same to Procurement once approved by the Branch Manager.
Updates purchase monitoring and ROP template for demand planning.
Conducts daily inventory for local suppliers to ensure the supply is enough for the week.
Follows up procurement for all in-transit deliveries and its estimated arrival.
Updates score card and submits the same to the Operations Manager weekly.
Updates all personalized and special order monitoring.
Prepares transmittal for any items scheduled for delivery to Monster Kitchen.
Monitors Unserved Items each week.
Job Requirements
A college degree
2 years working experience in demand planning /warehousing
Proven MS Excel skill is a must
Excellent communication skills
Must be highly analytical and proactive
