WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (FOR POOLING)
Job Description:
Overseeing, training, and directly assisting with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory management.
Setting an example to ensure consistent adherence to all procedures and best practices.
Fostering an efficient and motivated workforce through effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
Maintaining accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconciling any discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.
Promoting a safety culture by enforcing safety standards and following standard operational procedures.
Measuring and reporting KPIs and operational metrics to the Warehouse Manager on a weekly basis.
Job Qualification:
A graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering, or any 4-year course.
2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu
