We are seeking a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily warehouse operations of the company engaged in the importation and distribution of fertilizers and industrial chemicals. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of products while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
Experience in a warehouse handling fertilizers, industrial chemicals, hazardous materials, or related products is highly preferred.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Familiarity with proper storage and handling of hazardous chemicals and chemical safety practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse environment.
Willing to render overtime when necessary.
