Job Description
Receive incoming shipments, check for accuracy, and inspect for damages.
Verify quantity and quality of items received against purchase orders.
Document and report any discrepancies or damages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records.
Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent stockouts.
Ensure proper storage of goods in designated areas.
Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
Maintain detailed records of all warehouse transactions.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, receiving and shipping activities, and other key metrics.
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software to manage inventory and generate reports.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferably with additional training or certification in inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well with others and coordinate with different departments.
