Description
Job Responsibilities:
Receives, checks and records all incoming Direct Material and other supplies being delivered by the supplier (Put away, unload, label and store).
Process all received materials in SAP System, encode all necessary information (e.g. Batch/lot number, expiration date, production date, conversion factor, etc.)
Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, labeling of materials, placing orders in delivery area.
Identify damaged, lost, or missing materials and notify supervisor immediately.
Perform physical counting of inventory daily and monthly. Inform superior for all variances.
Update inventory in system and manual inventory every transaction.
Daily checking and monitoring of temperature of Cold storages.
Daily checking and monitoring of equipment performance, notify Supervisor for noted deviations (visual checking).
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, storages area and work stations neat; maintaining clean receiving area.
Operates forklifts, Hand Pallet Truck/Jack and other Material Handling Equipment in the daily operations of Main Warehouse Section.
Transports Direct materials from receiving area and properly stores in designated storage location.
Sanitizes and cleans all Warehouse materials, tools, equipment in a regular basis based on the Sanitation and Cleaning Procedure, Plan and Checklist.
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
Job Qualification:
At least High School Graduate
Have one (1) to two (2) years of experience in Warehouse processes in manufacturing and/or food industry.
Proficient in various MS Office Programs (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Knowledgeable in SAP System
Knowledgeable in Inventory process and basic Good Manufacturing Practices
Good team player and able to adapt easily
Licensed Forklift driver; Knowledgeable and can operate all Warehouse Material handling equipment.
Multi-tasking ability and can manage high pressure work environment.
Expected Start Date: November 15, 2021
