Job Description:
• Responsible for the overall receipts of incoming books delivered.
• Responsible for the orderly arrangement and segregation of books by its year edition, name and other categories.
• Responsible for the preparation of books ordered. (Good Stocks, Evaluation Copy, Teacher's Copy and Complimentary Copy)
• Assist other staff for repacking of books (as needed).
• Responsible for the updated stock cards of all books as counted. (Good Stocks, Evaluation Copy, Teacher's Copy and Complimentary Copy)
• Assist other staffs in books Quality Inspection, Barcoding, Packing, Stockpiling and arrangement.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on all warehouse area of responsibility.
• Does other warehouse related job or as tasked by superior.
• Be responsible in taking care of the products within your jurisdiction. Failure to follow the safety measures and if the products mishandled properly, the employee will be subject for disciplinary sanction with charges depending on its damage/losses.
Qualifications:
• Male, 20 to 30 years old
• With at least 6 months experienced in related field specifically in a Warehouse working environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long that they are trainable and confident enough to do the job.
• Hardworking, with initiative, flexible, can manage time properly and with good attitude towards work.
• Graduate of any 2 years or 4 years course.
• Willing to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
