College Undergraduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering related Course
Duties and responsibilities of Warehouse Staff
Capable of indentifying electrical items, spare parts for mechanical equipments and other
components for assemblies.
Can work with minimal supervision.
Can finish task on time without delays
Records incoming and outgoing of stocks in stock cards or bin cards accurately and legibly
hand written.
Ability to avoid discrepancies.
Report to Management immediately for missing items.
Oversees deliveries and pickups to insure quality and quantity of products.
Regular checking of inventory of items.
Receives incoming items from supplier both local and abroad.
Completing orders with complete package of documents, Labels with serial numbers,warranty certificates,customer feedbacks , and other pertinent documents instructed by Manager.
Maintains inventory records and tracking system.
Perform on time submission of daily, weekly Inventory count to warehouse supervisor.
Determines appropriate places for storage.
Rotates stock as needed.
Monitors activities in warehouse to insure proper recording of outgoing materials.
Other task assigned by warehouse manager as may be deemed necessary.
