Job Description :Oversee warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are metEnsure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the futureInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresAdhere to all warehousing and handling requirementsManage overall warehouse cost and budgetProduce reports and statistics regularly: Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reportsReceive feedback and monitor the quality of services providedOutbound Order Monitoring:
Track and manage the outbound order process to ensure shipments are picked, packed, and shipped
according to schedules and customer commitments.
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze outbound KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipping rate, shipping costs, and carrier
performance. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to support decision-making.
Exception Management:
Investigate and resolve outbound exceptions such as delayed shipments, mis-picks, and order
discrepancies. Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Requirements :Graduate of any Bachelor's DegreePreferably has 5-10 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and WarehousingHas supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employeesKeen with details and has background in process improvementKnowledgeable with MS and Google ApplicationsAmenable to be assigned in Bacolod
