Job Description:
-Monitor and control general warehouse operations.
-Manage all incoming/outgoing deliveries and take care of all documentary requirements.
-Care of documents related to inventory/warehouse and stocks.
-Work closely with the purchaser in monitoring shipping schedules.
-Manage all Warehouse personnel in the fulfillment of their duties and responsibilities in material control and inventory (1 staff assistant).
-Ensure and implement integrated control in all logistics processes especially in the management of warehouses and inventories to avoid losses and processes to ensure good functioning.
-Supervise regular inventory management and take quick steps to resolve and address fast-moving and slow-moving items.
-Make sure that all items/goods are stored correctly.
-Monitor the timely issuance of materials and ensure that all are of the correct quantity and specification and are properly documented.
-Implement and follow company policies, good order, and security measures.
Work Requirements:
-Basic knowledge in Medical related equipment/supplies
-Physically fit
-Graduate of any 4-year course
-Preferably with experience in storage, inventories, and warehousing
-3 years of experience is a plus
-Meticulous and organized
-Responsible and result-oriented
-Keen to working overtime or weekends (sometimes)
