WE ARE HIRING: WAREHOUSE MANAGER
 
Location: Cebu City
 
We are looking for a highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented Warehouse Manager with solid experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in warehouse operations, inventory control, materials handling, safety compliance, and team leadership.
 
This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency and uninterrupted project execution.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of construction materials.
Ensure accurate inventory management and real-time stock monitoring.
Implement and maintain effective warehouse systems (FIFO, labeling, documentation, and stock control procedures).
Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, and Project Teams to ensure timely material availability.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels and recommend reorder points to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Enforce workplace safety standards and proper materials handling procedures.
Supervise and lead warehouse staff, checkers, and support personnel.
Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong background in:
Warehouse Operations Management
Inventory Control & Stock Reconciliation
Construction Materials Handling
Safety & Compliance Standards
Team Supervision & Performance Monitoring
Knowledgeable in ERP systems and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple project demands.
