WAREHOUSE MANAGER
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages warehousing operation in compliance with the company's policies and vision and mission statements.
Execute optimal operational policies and procedures in coordination and collaboration with other business unit.
Implements measures for the timely and efficient stock movement recordings and implementation.
Safeguards warehouse operation and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Ensure the availability of forklifts, and trucks, office, equipment, and office supplies, and other logistical requirement necessary for operation of the warehouse
Coordinates with the Banilad Maintenance Department for the repair and maintenance of the warehouses and attendant facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Male or Female
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or Business Management related course
At least 5 years of relevant experience with management level capacity, preferably from a retailing business
Keen with details and highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at problem-solving, decision-making and good leadership skills.
