Job Description
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage Warehouse and Pack & Ship Operation.
Oversee 3PL Warehouse operation execution.
Collaborate with other functional departments on warehouse concerns and activities.
Create work standards, implement and monitor compliance to IMS.
Ensure timely and accurate Warehouse system transactions.
Execute warehouse space optimization and utilization.
Prepares and monitor accuracy of Logistics Budget Spending (supplies, maintenance and services, etc).
Execute actions to achieve Warehouse KPI's and provide periodic report and status updates.
Collaborate with other functional departments on warehouse concerns and activities.
Create work standards, implement and monitor compliance to IMS.
Ensure timely and accurate Warehouse system transactions.
Execute warehouse space optimization and utilization.
Prepares and monitor accuracy of Logistics Budget Spending (supplies, maintenance and services, etc).
Execute actions to achieve Warehouse KPI's and provide periodic report and status updates.
Coordinate/facilitate matters related Safety & Security, Internal, External, Customer and all other audits.
Create, coordinate and execute warehouse activities and programs.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
The candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
With 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
A strong verbal and written communication skill.
Attention to detail and high accuracy of work output.
Strong work ethic and ability to get along with a variety of personalities.
Amendable to work onsite.
