- Day planning, organising and monitoring of the department transactions and activities of the department
- Analyse and review applicable process flow
- Ensures the safety of warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Monitors/Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and and assigning employees; following up on work results
