Duties & Responsibilities:
 
1. Performs PLOC (Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling) for Warehouse & Logistics.
2. Performs EOD & WOR monitoring and data analyses
3. Coordinates with team members on department's game plan
4. Monitors day-to-day Operations KPI output of Personnel assigned
5. Monitor and allocate truckers assignment and deliverable
6. Assists in fieldwork when necessary
7. Makes a data summary with analytical presentation and updates the data from time to time.
8. Performs to comply disciplinary measure to personnel.
9. Performs weekly meeting to personnel.
10. Performs end to end communications to Farm, Sales, Inventory Analyst, Truckers & 3PL.
11. Ensure Procedures are followed by personnel's & provide BCP (Business Continuity Plan) on any encountered issues.
12. Performs other functions as may be assigned on a temporary basis or permanently.
