Job Description
Coordinate and supervise GT warehouse operational activities (receiving and releasing stock/goods), ensure there are no stock discrepancies in the warehouse and warehouse administration process is in accordance to company's standard
Coordinate & supervise receiving & storing of goods in accordance to layout, goods maintenance in the warehouse and handling of return / stock-swap goods in accordance with the company's policy

Coordinate & supervise goods release in accordance to picking list document and ensure the goods release in accordance with FEFO method.
% Accuracy of goods release
Promptness in goods loading
% Afternoon Loading
Input goods acceptance from principal, intra-warehouse, return/ stock-swap from outlet, and excess of stock from canvas/ motorist, dropping shipment correctly and accurately in accordance to applied provision.
% Correctness & Accuracy of data input
Coordinate and conduct daily and monthly stock control with ONLY warehouse team to avoid discrepancies and conduct recording & reporting of stock aging.
% Warehouse Discrepancies
Completeness & Accuracy of control document.
% On-time & Accuracy of Stock Aging report
Check document input of BS from SA, Return input from AR, conduct data mining of BS goods for extermination, and exterminate BS goods in accordance to approval and provision applied in the company.
% On-time & Accuracy of Bad Stocks goods report.

Completeness of Bad Stocks extermination document
Monitor and ensure logistic process run in accordance to SOP, document, check, and archive all logistic document, and supervise warehouse asset maintenance and ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of warehouse

Desired Qualifications:
Experienced in Supply Chain/ Logistic/ Warehouse at least 1 years
Self-motivated and driven
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word
Preferred experienced as coordinator
Education
Graduate of any formal education related courses or equivalent
