Description
• Overall management of warehousing operations and housekeeping
• Compliance to best in class warehousing practices, compliance to warehouse transaction guidelines for issuances and deliveries
• Maintenance of required documents relating to operational needs
• Monitor performance of all warehouse personnel and warehouse crew
• Maintain integrity of inventory records through validated cycle counts
• Ensure availability of inventory records for all transactions and on-hand stocks
• Ensure proper monitoring and handling of trade returns for proper accounting and documentation
• Monitor all service level parameters relating to warehouse operations performance and meet objectives
• Report to the Logistics Leader or Supply Network Operations Manager any identified shortages, pilferages and/or any damaged deliveries
• Act as warehouse checker if needed and ensure implementation of FIFO
• Report to the Logistics Leader or Supply Network Operations Manager any untoward incidents involving personnel under his/her jurisdiction
• Monitor stock movement and ensure proper documentation of product movement
• Ensure compliance to proper stock handling to facilitate cycle counts
• Manage inventory days level as agreed with the Supply Network Operations Manager, Logistics Leader and the Finance & Accounting Manager
• Continuous assessment and reduction of warehouse operations cost
• Maintenance of warehouse assets records

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
