DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinates and assists the Operations Manager with development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures; ensures all established policies and procedures are followed by warehouse team
2. Supervises all shipping, receiving, and packing activities performed by Operations Department; maintains a high degree of visibility and access to employees on warehouse throughout the shift
3. Supervises inventory control process
4. Resolves warehouse-related issues with representatives from other department throughout the company
5. Reviews, prioritizes, and organizes all outgoing orders
6. Forecasts crewing needs to meet peak demands of the business and staff team accordingly
7. Performs administrative tasks as necessary
8. Maintains a working knowledge of all warehouse operations
9. Maintains safety programs and all required safety training for the staff
10. Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Education : College level or with equivalent experience
Experience : Preferably with at least 2-year experience in Warehouse Operation
Other Skills : Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing
priorities
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
With Valid DRIVER'S LICENSE and own transportation
