WAREHOUSE IN-CHARGE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures all deliverables are as scheduled. Mans loading for deliveries including assessing of Job Order, distributes Job Order to Warehouse Helpers and ensures items prepared and loaded will coincide with the Job Order versus Delivery Receipt. Matches the J.O versus delivery receipt before and after delivery schedule in a daily basis
Organize files and documentation, the warehouse, and observe 5's.
Daily checks and updates monitoring sheets for Job Order and Stock Cards. Also ensures that all documents are properly filled up with necessary information.
Maintain the proper stocking (stock level) of all items according to specifications
Reports and coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager for Manpower Daily attendance and requests additional workforce.
