WAREHOUSE IN-CHARGE
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in any field
With at least 2 years work experience as warehouse in-charge or any similar role
Ability to manage inventory and analyze data
Ability to create process and procedure in warehousing
Must be very keen on details
Team player and good time-management skills
Can communicate well in both verbal and written
Proficient in using computer (Microsoft word, excel)
Trustworthy and can work with minimal supervision
Willing to work in Cebu City area
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to create warehouse process and procedure, and its strict implementation
Track daily, weekly and monthly inventory of materials and equipment facility
Maintain materials monitoring log sheet
Coordinate/submit materials monitoring report to Purchasing In-charge and immediate head
Maintain the safekeeping of all materials and equipment
Communicate and collaborate with other employees
Maintain clean and organize warehouse
