We plan, design and construct warehouses and industrial buildings to suit our client’s needs. We are currently hiring: Warehouse-In-Charge
 
Requirements:
Graduate of any 4 year college course
Must be punctual, neat and organized
Resourceful and able to multi-task
Must have a good memory
Has a positive working attitude & a team player
Background in the construction industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily warehouse inventory checking.
Responsible for daily monitoring of returns of items.
Check and balances the inventory/stock dispatched to specific projects.
Coordinate with warehousemen regarding dispatched/returned stock.
Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer generated reports.
Receives, unpack, re-stock items as necessary, label shelves and items as required.
Processes and document returns/bad orders as required.
Coordinates with Logistics & Repairs for outbound deliveries
Coordinates with Purchasing for inbound receipt
Provides management monthly reports on items lost, items/brands that needs to be re-identified & tagged.
